Namibia Night Sky and Landscapes Photo Workshop

Chase the Milky Way across Namibia while we photograph ancient trees, sand dunes, and ghost towns.

Join us in one of the most photogenic landscapes on Earth. You’ll travel through haunting ghost towns, vast dune fields, and surreal desert vistas, all while capturing some of the darkest night skies anywhere in the world. Carefully timed to coincide with the new moon at Spitzkoppe, this workshop is for photographers who dream of combining dramatic landscapes with the Milky Way arching overhead. With only five participants and one guide, everyone will receive personalized instruction, plenty of space, and the opportunity to refine their astrophotography and landscape techniques in world-class locations.

• Astrophotography under the new moon at Spitzkoppe – Photograph Namibia’s most iconic rock formations under dark skies with minimal light pollution — timed perfectly for peak Milky Way visibility.
• Shoot among the stars in the Quiver Tree Forest – Capture the ancient, sculptural quiver trees silhouetted against glittering night skies in one of Namibia’s most magical locations for low-light photography.
• Explore and photograph Kolmanskop ghost town – Tell compelling visual stories inside the haunting ruins of this sand-filled diamond-mining town — a photographer’s playground for light, shadow, and texture.
• Dawn light at Deadvlei and the giant dunes of Sossusvlei  – Enjoy exclusive early access to Namibia’s surreal salt pans and crimson dunes, where twisted trees and abstract shapes come alive at sunrise.
• Intimate group experience in a 5-participant tour – Travel comfortably with a small group, allowing for flexible shooting schedules, one-on-one guidance, and not having to worry about getting in each other's way while at a photography location.
