In mid-June, the Great Bear Rainforest becomes one of the most exciting places in British Columbia to photograph coastal wolves. At this time of year, wolf packs are often still closely tied to their dens, which can create exceptional opportunities to witness and photograph adults hunting and caring for their pups along the shoreline.

This workshop is built around that narrow seasonal window. With expert local naturalists, two photo instructors, and an Indigenous-owned lodge in the heart of this remarkable ecosystem, we give photographers the best possible chance to experience coastal wolves while also photographing bears, bald eagles, humpback whales, sea otters, and the wild beauty of the Great Bear Rainforest.
