Stunning Landscapes in the South of France and the Beautiful Horses of Camargue

May 16 – 25, 2023

The South of France offers stunning panoramic photography of unique fields, ancient structures, and wildflowers that paint the landscapes. We will photograph portraits and the Gypsy festival in Saintes Maries de la Mer. But we will start our trip with some of the most exciting action photography on the planet—the Camargue horses with help from the cowboys of the Camargue known as “gardians.” Armed with their traditional lance, the gardians will help us take pictures of these white horses and bulls as they run in the Camargue’s swamps and salt pools.

We’ve crafted our itinerary to comfortably cover the best areas we know in this stunning area of the world and to provide the greatest diversity of photo opportunities. Our accommodations are among the best and most comfortable available, and everything is all-inclusive, including gratuities for our excellent English-speaking local guides.

Expect to be challenged and to learn a lot in this workshop. We will be beside you in the field and later in the classroom for Lightroom post-processing instruction. We’ll also have our signature image reviews.
